Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Moon websites, applications, and related services. By accessing or using Moon, you agree to these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

Using the service

Moon may be used only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload or transmit content you do not have the right to use.
• Use Moon only for legitimate recruiting, hiring, and related business workflows.

Customer data and integrations

Customers may submit data, connect third-party systems, and configure workflows inside Moon. Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with the data they provide. Moon may process that data solely to deliver and support the service.

Intellectual property and feedback

Moon and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, branding, and related intellectual property. If you provide product feedback, Moon may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve the service.

Availability, disclaimers, and limits

Moon may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of the service.

Termination and contact

Moon may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required for security reasons, or if the service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends.
